Introductory Livestream Class at HOTV Yoga

This. video is intended to introduce potential students to a. livestream class I will be teaching twice per month at Heart of the Village Yoga. Class passes can be purchased HERE.

A blog dedicated to sharing my real life experiences and honest reflections - of my experiences practicing and teaching in the yoga community, of my adventure-learning experiences outside in nature, and of my life-learning experiences with friends, groups and clients.

My intentions for these writings are: to share educational content for interested readers; to inspire thought-provoking conversation, get-up-and-go motivation, deeply vulnerable moments of self-discovery and healing; and ultimately, to humbly do good service-oriented work which perhaps inspires a community of motivated people to live healthy, whole, and happy lives!
